Ecopolitan Executive Condo (EC)

These are some considerations:

1. Some even say I am a West Group person therefore, I am "only" suitable to stay in the west.

2. But what happens if a husband belongs to the West Group and wife belong to the East Group. Go tell the judge that this is a "valid" reason for the separation leading to divorce of the couple!

3. As one is a west group person; the more; one should be "more selective" in a development that is more suitable to an East group person.

4. Here, the key statement is: Shapes and Forms prevail over the stars.

4.1. What this means is that: Location, Location, Location prevail over the Compass School of Feng Shui which comprises both the Eight House (4 good/bad sectors) and the Flying Stars.

4.2. Here, the concept of the Bell curve comes is relevant.

5. Isn't it better if say, even if one is a West group person; but had chosen a good or excellent Feng Shui home in the Ecopolitan vs a home e.g. in the West andwith aso so Feng Shui.

5.1. There are lots of success even if the facing is not that favourable to the person; but the home has excellent Shapes and Forms and also, the internal organs of the home are equally good.

5.2 Thus, if the home has good Feng Shui, there is already a huge buffer to good luck.

5.3. Therefore even if I am a west group but if this home is an east group; "SO WHAT??".

5.4 I can benefit more from this home than a home that suits a west group but has bad or rotten Fung Sway.

6. In conclusion: go tell the Judge to grant a divorce as she is a west group while I am an east group! Hope the Judge don't cite contempt of court! Good Luck!

P.S. By the Way, if one is a West group person; one shouldn't be in Singapore!

Singapore is considered as South of the Malaysian Peninsular! And overall, Singapore is considered to be suitable to the East Group not the West group!

Better still, please re-locate to California, US of A. As USA is in the West and California is equally in the West of US of A. Got it? Get it?

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan and the site plan

1. Poison Arrows or Sha Qi occur when we have situations where all blocks within a development are not "lined-up" e.g. in a straight line.

2. In Ecopolitan, there are a total of 8 blocks of flats:

2.1. Where (see attachment) Block 124 is set-back further in. While Block 126 is further "up-front".

3. The plot where Ecopolitan sits is less than ideal; as it sits on the junction of the busy Tampines Expressway and Punngol Way.

3.1 With so many new developments in Punggol; North / Left/ Right of it; this, Punggol Way will be a busy road for traffic leading into Tampines Expressway as well as a link from Sengkang to Punggol.

4. Thus, not that ideal a site when we compare this site with many other EC's and condos that spring up and will be completed in Punggol soon.

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan the site plan

1. Please take a look at the illustration. I had drawn a red outline of the cul-de-sac : which symbolically looks like a blade which seems to aim towards in particular:stacks #08 and #09

2. From a Shapes & Forms point of view Block 126 stack #08 gets the major impace of Sha Qi from the cul-de-sac. (Please see illustration.)

3. Block 128 stack #9 is the 2nd stack that should be concerned over this cul-de-sac "blade" especially for low floors.

4. Fortunately, Block 126 stack #05 is further away from the cul-de-sac "blade" thus may miss this major impact or sha qi.

5. In addition, this cul-de-sac known as Punggol Walk had also "forced" the architect of this plot of land to set Blocks 126 an Blocks 128 further inwards. Causing Block 126's stack to become a sha qi or poison arrow (sharp corner) of stack #06 aimed towards stack #03 of block 124.

6. In my opinion, the architect could have perhaps, look at other layout designs for the blocks instead of this. As majority of the South-west facing stacks will be bathed by the afternoon sun.

Feng Shui of Ecopolitan: By Ranking of stacks of just Five (5) stacks :#06, #7, #10, #11 & #26

This is a situation where there are only Five (5) stacks that one is interested in; but not sure which of these five are better.

In such a situation; the breadwinner's best eight sectors are compared for each stack and a weightage and analysis done for each sector.

Thus, if the findings is good; then shown in blue. If sector does not match the breadwinner's than it is in red and considered such as : "Not a major issue" or "Can be disarmed".

This photo was taken more than 6 months ago showing what seems like green tiles in the Swimming pool.

Identical pool Color of it's Sister development: The Topiary 

You will never get me to swim in such a pool. LOL

It is a requirement by NEA for weekly pool cleaning.

Majority of the time pool Cleaners work during day-light hours. 

Even so; it is difficult to detect clusters of green algae in a pool be it on the walls or pool flooring.

The photos are from The Makena condo. But please note that the photo shows ponds meant for fishes. Such as Koi fishes as seen in one of photos.

Sometimes some irresponsible pet owners also throw their unwanted titles into such ponds.

You will never get me to swim in a greenish coloured pool ... ever... even if lighted up blue at night.

Seen too many jaws movies... and ..

Don't you agree such a pool colour looks so pleasing to the eyes!

Swim here? Any time!

A consultation is that there are not two bins: an additional bin for recycling..

Uncommon or rather unique for Ecopolitan..

My initial reaction was a baby crib and/or a old western movie when a horse is pulling a wagon with a canopy... similar to the above "crown" design

Apended by Cecil Lee, today! P.S. Nowadays in 2022, can see this feature in several other condos / EC. Thus no longer considered a novelty!

Pavillion roof-lines aimed towards some neighbouring Twin Fountains block 104 stacks facing Ecopolitan.

Even the vertical multi-support poles may also pose a threat...
