Hello Mr. Lee,? Could you advice if a paralell roof top from a neighbor's house facing our door considered sha chi?? Neighbor's side is slightly lower and their house is not tall.? Therefore even in reality the parallel roof is above our heads, but visually it is in front of our visual line.? If it is sha chi, what would you recommend to neutralize it.? Thank you.

These are some considerations:

1. Distance of the neighbouring roof-line to your home. The further the better.

2. Openings of your home vs this roof-line:

2.1. If the roof-line is close to the top-half of your window opening i.e. when one stands inside your home window looking at the roof-line; and it is above eye level; this is a sigh of relief.

2.2. Draw the day curtain closed. As the day curtain at this position; is considered as a shield.. if one cannot exactly see the "threat" it is no longer .... Day curtain also provide natural filtered light into the room...

tall. Therefore even in

it is in front of our visual

would you recommend to
neutralize it. Thank you.
