Location: 588 x Ang Mo Kio Street 52. (For privacy, I have masked out the exact unit number.)
Did you see a water melon hung in-front of the unit number plate.
Did you also see two halves of a water melon. (Plus a lime cut-into-two pieces) Each half was placed on each side of the floor of the main entrance.
A candle stick each was also placed and most likely lighted up when the family just moved-in.
The red colour dye is most probably vermillion which is red in colour. And don't mistaken it for some ritual slaughter of an animal's blood. .
