1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Ridges & Flying Star Feng Shui

2. HDB Clementi Ridges comprises:

2.1 N2 Stacks 173, 175 & 183 and

2.2 S2 Stacks 177, 179 & 181

2.3 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

2.4 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

3. NE1 Stacks 161, 163, 171, 185, 186, 193 & 195 and SW1 Stacks 165, 167, 169, 189, 191 & 193

3.1 NE1 Stacks 161, 163, 171, 185, 186, 193 & 195: Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

3.2 SW1 Stacks 165, 167, 169, 189, 191 & 193: As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unig faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Ridges & the Precint Pavilion.

1. There are six stacks which have view of the precint pavilion.

2. The six stacks are 161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181.

3. Best to avoid stacks / units that are low floors facing the precint pavilion. As on occasions, funeral wakes are carried out in the pavilion.

4. Most recently, many HDB estates thus place the precint pavilion to one side of the development. And this should be the best practise, here.

5. As there can be situations when a race celebrates an event such as Chinese New Year or other festive occasions and unfortunately, a wake is held, there and in full view from the living room of the unit of say stacks161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181.
