Part 1: Northwave Executive Condo (EC) @ Woodlands

1. Northwave EC block layouts resemble two arcs that form a boat shape swimming pool.

2. This type of layout plan inevitably would result in many poison arrows from neighbouring blocks/stacks as shown in both the RED and PURPLE arrows. See attachment.

3. Can you seea Christian "fish" symbol?

Part 2: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Penthouse 5 Bedroom Type PH3

Northwave EC Bedroom 3 is sandwiched between the Master toilet and Bath 3. In addition, it is not ideal to sleep with the bed-head too close to the WC piping. See illustration.

Part 3: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui of Block 111 with stacks #21, #22, #23 & #24

1. NW3 with stacks #23 & #24 This is based on the block readings: Both has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Unfortunately, there is no Yang water as in real water but a substitute is just clear space as in open space and the dead-end of woodlands view road. Can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

1.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

1.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

2. SE 3 facing stacks #21 & #22 has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, these stacks have the advantage of real water as in pool water. No necessity for a water feature at the balcony.

2.1 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed.

Part 4: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #01, #02, #03 & #04.

1. N2. Stacks/Units #03 & #04(This is based on the block readings) has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

2. S2. Stacks/Units #01 & #02 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

2.1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart.

2.2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area.

2.3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

2.4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

Part 5: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #05. #06, #07 & #08

1. NW1 stacks #07 & #08 (This is based on the block readings) has difficulty activaing theauspicious Pearl String effect where best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. However, the frontage of these stacks/units have apool, instead.

2. SE1 stacks #05 & #06 ideally face a water position or yang or real water position. A consolation isthat it faces "yin" wateror clear space / virtual water or flat land area.

Part 7: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #13, #14, #15 and #16.

Stacks #13 and #14 faces N2. While stacks #14 and #15 (based on the block's facing) are S2.

Please refer to Part 4 where the stacks also face N2 and S2 respectively. And thus have the same characteristics.

In addition stacks #17 & #18 are S3 facing. And Flying Star S3 facing charts are identical to a S2 chart.

Based on the Block facing, stacks #19 and #20 are considered N3 facing. N3 charts are identical to a N2 chart.
