Hi Cecil,
In determining the strenght of the DAY Pillar, do we need to consider the place where the person is borned? For Example, a person whose birthplace is in USA and born in September, this person would be considered *strong metal*. What if this person is borned in Singapore where there's no Autumn season, but only hot weather all year long, would this person be considered *weak* metal? thanks
