The Qing Dynasty Period
1644 to 1935 AD

Picture of a Chinese gathering

The Qing Dynasty inherited the traditional ideas especially that of geomancy from the  past dynasties particularly the earlier Ming Dynasty in choosing  sites for tombs.

Imperial tombs are the places where the feudal emperors and their queens and concubines were buried used to be strongly commemorative, official and ceremonious  places where the emperors offspring and subjects went to pay their respects and recall their merits and virtues.

Dear Master Lee:

I'm new to geomancy and have found the photo tours of interests extremely helpful (just like they said "a picture speaks a thousand words").  Thank you for having such a wonderful website.
