Sample 8: House very lucky under Period 8. But very unlucky during the years 2022 to 2024. Afterwards just Pass mark!

House was very lucky from 1st Owner's key collection till 2020. But especially years 2022, 2023 and 2024 the inauspicious impact is greatest.
But once passed Year 2025, luck climbed up to 43%:-

2. This unit's Master Bedroom has a nasty #5 = misfortune/sickness with #2 = sickness at SW. Fortunately.. this is a solid wall of the master bedroom.

How do I go about an International House Hunting Service?
What is needed by you?

Hi [hidden],

1. Yes, I can do comparisons of two homes to see which is better.


2. Most important consideration at your end is to provide 4 inputs:-

a. The layout plan. And if possible mark where is the front door and roughly which direction e.g. standing inside the living room looking South direction.
b. Google Satellite map of the outline of the home
c. For new homes the date it was built falling under: Example ranges like: 1984 to 2004; 2004 onwards or perhaps 1964 to 1983.
d. The easier part is to provide Name / Gender of who is the breadwinner as well as all family member's birth particulars also in the attached form.

3. Sample extract from the above attached form. What you should do is to capture a google satellite map of the outline of the house.

If both me and my spouse happen to be west group people, will there be any cure if we purchase a unit (121) in this project?

A. A Feng Shui Examination and the marks awarded consists of:-

1. Location, location, location          = 70%
2. Frontage                                       = 10%
3, Kitchen                                          = 10%
4.  Main Bedroom                             = 10%
                                             TOTAL  = 100%

B. Please note that your question is like asking just (Frontage) 10% out of a total of 100% as illustrated as above. But what about a big chunk = Location, location, location is a whopping 70% !.

House Hunting or Can or Cannot buy can be evaluated based on Three (3) major considerations:

Part 1:  How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? 30 marks
Part 2:  How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? 35 marks
Part 3. External Feng Shui luck? 35 marks

For example, if a house is unsuitable, often there is no way to obtain an A, B or C Grade:

And often if the unit is very unsuitable e.g. Zero or Ten marks out of 30 for Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom, often the unit's overall score becomes mostly a D or E. Unless it has exceptional qualities found under Part 2 (Internal) or Part 3 (External) Feng Shui.

If it was suitable or very suitable, it would have been an A to C Grade!
