what about unit near school? But not facing school?

Hi Master, 

in your opinion is fengshui of Arc at Tampines good? Noted that some blocks are near petrol station which would affect health. 

Where as some blocks are near HDB multi storey carpark. Seeking your kind advise on fengshui of such stack ( Low floor and high floor).
