We are constantly improving our reports.
Older report format before mid-Year 2022.Example 1 [Older Report Format]: House very lucky under Period 8. But very unlucky during the years 2022 to 2024. Afterwards just Pass mark!
House was very lucky from 1st Owner's key collection till 2020. But especially years 2022, 2023 and 2024 the inauspicious impact is greatest.
But once passed Year 2025, luck climbed up to 43%:-
Note: Depending on the Flying Star numbers, magnitude of luck change varies between the years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Thus in some reviews, these dates may differ by 1 or 2 years from the other reports.Example 2: House is very lucky till 2021. Luck drops from 2024 till 2043. Luckily unit is a good fit for him!
Unit enjoys good Feng Shui from 1st owner's key collection in year 2010 until year 2020. Luckily this unit was suitable to the potential breadwinner, the score from 2024 till 2043 brings this house to a Grade B. But if the house is totally unsuitable, then the total score may be 39 marks or a D score.

Question: Flat selection is commencing in June.. would like to know the estimated turnaround time required for such service.
Package 1 is a "catch all". Thus once confirmed of ballot number, can consider this service. As I will rank e.g. say all 4 bedrooms for you.
Turnaround time is around 3 days. But safest to do so a week earlier. As often, I might have other commitments thus may not be able to offer this service.

Tung Shu dates is still considered a general date that is suitable for everyone. So that doesn't consider whether individually your ba zi date is suitable to the date or not. That is why even if you look at a date in Tung Shu, you still have to check if the day clashes/harms with the bride or groom or not.
As ultimately, every one will have some day which are better or not. So it can't be everyone on this planet will have the same good day based on the tung shu. This is why even if you check the Tung Shu, you still need to check if that day is suitable to that person or not before using it.
Our auspicious dates, consider all these factors and attempt to find the date with the least clash/harm with 1 or 2 person involved. The goal is to find a date which least clash/harm which will eventually be the best overall date. So generally our auspicious date will superceed any generalised Tung Shu or general horoscope etc.

Part 1: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? 30 marks
Part 2: How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? 35 marks
Part 3. External Feng Shui luck? 35 marksFor example, if a house is unsuitable, often there is no way to obtain an A, B or C Grade:
And often if the unit is very unsuitable e.g. Zero or Ten marks out of 30 for Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom, often the unit's overall score becomes mostly a D or E. Unless it has exceptional qualities found under Part 2 (Internal) or Part 3 (External) Feng Shui.

Hi master Lee, i am [xxxxxx], a new client . Will like to seek advice from you. My husband and i are planning to sell our current Punggol flat. We wish to buy a 5 room resale flat around Punggol, Sengkang or Seletar. As the 5 room flat will most likely be our “retirement” home. We wish to seek your advice to get a flat to best complement our fengshui. We have not shortlist which block or units. Not sure if it is possible for you to advise on general which part of Punggol / Sengkang / Seletar to source for our 5 room resale?

I'm looking to engage a master to see if a unit is ok to rent. cause I'll be staying there for a few years. But i'm a little confused about whether to pay attention to period 8 or 9.
1. Although the official change of Feng Shui luck starts from 2023 to 2043.
2. However, the change has already started as early as end of year 2020!
3. In light of the change of Feng Shui luck especially from Year 2021 till 2043, many have asked us to evaluate their existing home's luck!

How do I go about an International House Hunting Service?
What is needed by you?Hi [hidden],
1. Yes, I can do comparisons of two homes to see which is better.
2. Most important consideration at your end is to provide 4 inputs:-a. The layout plan. And if possible mark where is the front door and roughly which direction e.g. standing inside the living room looking South direction.
b. Google Satellite map of the outline of the home
c. For new homes the date it was built falling under: Example ranges like: 1984 to 2004; 2004 onwards or perhaps 1964 to 1983.
d. The easier part is to provide Name / Gender of who is the breadwinner as well as all family member's birth particulars also in the attached form.3. Sample extract from the above attached form. What you should do is to capture a google satellite map of the outline of the house.
3.1. With your submission of the above, I will do the necessary to use a protractor as shown under the second illustration to get the correct compass bearings:-

In 2002, I began to receive calls or cries for help. And coincidentally there were so many with a Period 7 NW1 chart with a MS#6 and WS#8. And cumulated especially to 2003! This is why I can confirm that the change of period is real. As I had lived through the change from Period 7 to 8. Thus most significant are 2021, 2022 and 2023. Especially 2022 and 2023
