These are some considerations:
1. In my opinion Option 1 is the safest bet.
2. Option 3 depends very much on the width of the "clearance". As it is only a sketch; hard to determine what is the clearance between the main door and the unoccupied area. Usually, since this is the main entrance door; the minimium preferred clearance is 900 cm or ideally if it is 1,000cm or 1 metre clearance is best. If so, this option may be considered. With the consideration that the doors for the cabinet should not have highly reflective material especially the doors directly facing the main door.
3. Option 2 is hmmmm.... .....
4. Anyway, for commonsense Feng Shui; best not to use doors with louvers as shown in the attachment. This is plain common or cowsense. Take alook. If one is standing close to the louvered doors and if the louvers is above eye level; one can literally see into the cabinet.. such things are red ,pink, purple shoes, slippers and yes... the smell... coming from the cabinet.
4.1. Thus, if one really needs to install louvers or (small vents drilled into cabinet doors) such louvered doors should only be allowed not higher than an adult's waist height and the rest of the upper doors; those flat surface type of doors.

Today, an old client shared with me a shoe cabinet design that not only allows ventilation of shoes but also serves as a door handle!

How cool is this?

This is what I call creative design that kills two birds with one stone; functional, neat and a real smart idea!

Do you agree?

Recently, another client showed me another design to allow ventilation of her shoes (shoe cabinet).

This is still functional and "neat" design

This is another design.

But I don't find it too common nor that nice looking as compared to the earlier two designs.

How about placing the shoe cabinet next to the door inside the house? How should we place the shoe cabinet?

This question is subjective: thus if one encounter an ultra-conservative geomancer, he/she will tell the whole world that this is totally unacceptable.

From a common sense approach; every other house even landed properties may even have a row of shoe cabinets outside of the main door; not just inside.

Common sense says that if one wants to place shoes above the waist level; should make sure that the cabinet doors do not have louvres higher than the waist.

Frankly, there is no exact science or fixed rule as to where to place the shoe cabinet.

Often the shoe cabinet width is 40cm = Feng Shui friendly width.

Q: Can the main door open up to the shoe rack? And is the vinyl floor tiles horizontal right?

Not ideal. But so long as the shoe cabinet's ventilation slots is not visible to give a trace that this is a shoe cabinet. Who's to know.

And ideally, also, shoes at lower height. Not to the ceiling can be acceptable.

Vinyl tiles yes horizontal with the door

Q: Thanks...Also if i hack a wall and it is diagonal facing bed, is the edge consider sharp 杀气。 anyway to remedy it? Or is not

So long as the edge is 1 metre away, which often is, then no issue.

hi Master Lee, the shoe rack do like that (higher) near the main door. is it ok?

IMG_1116.thumb.jpeg.e4e04761d89060f8bc2b958a658b36b3.jpegIMG_1117.thumb.jpeg.6565d5ab06256dd9d409f41a08202fa7.jpeg

If covered, no one knows.

But if you don’t like criticisms, then don’t

Else later confront me and you okay but others say cannot. Please justify..

Then don’t come and confront me

Subjective topic.
Plus those with “thin skin” cannot face criticisms.. then don’t.  (Means if one is a highly sensitive person, then don’t do so)
