Mi Casa staircase structure

Hi Cecil,
I would like to seek your opinion about the exterior of the mi casa condo at choa chu kang. The exterior is a "C" shape as shown http://www.micasa.com.sg/#/site-plan
However, the 2 parallel sides are like staircases as shown http://www.micasa.com.sg/#/home
If one choose a unit on either one of the parallel sides, there is this feeling that one is moving downwards like the staircase. If one choose a unit not on the parallel sides, one tend to see the stair case & also give the feeling that one is moving downwards with the staircase. Is there any negativeimplications on feng shui for such staircase layout?
Regards,
Annie

1. Great or excellent observation!
2. What comes (not exactly close) is the "old" complex: The Golden Mile Complex facing Nicol Highway.
2.1. Under Symbolism, please see attachment, the sloped terrace of the apartments literally slope towards Nicol Highway and towards the sea.
2.2. Thus under symbolism; many Geomancers felt that it is considered inauspicious as what you may have felt with Mi Casa "step-slope-type of blocks" where blocks gradually gets lower and lower to the right.
3. What is slightly different in the Mi Casa is (please see attachment). It is quite similar to the idea of Golden Mile complex but a distinct difference is that the stacks or units are facing "sidewards'.
3.1. For example, in the attachment, the last stack marked in Purple, if they have windows or openings (in YELLOW) at the side of the stack, and if there is a water position as shown in the illustration;
3.2 then based on SYMBOLISM in Feng Shui; this last stack is the one where most probably,
Geomancers may comment bad about it.
4. It is also about psychology. If you have noticed it; perhaps, others also felt the same thing; and if there are lots of comments on this "sloping stacks" then it has more to do with the "feel" feel not so good with such a stack/unit.
5. Kudos! Good Observations!

Blocks 1 and 3 are sloping towards each other.
In this attachment, I have added some rough sketches of Blocks 1 and 3; with stacks highest furthest away between blocks 1 and 3. As the stacks get closer, they get lower and lower....
The next time, if one passed by East Coast Park Highway or ECP; take a glimpse of Mandarin Gardens; these two blocks are nearest to the sea/ and the Highway...
Again, the stacks are similar to Under construction Mi Casa; but different with Nicol Highway. Here, all the stacks are facing into the development e.g. pool, garden etc...
Same concept as Mi Casa but many donkey years ago development.
You can also see it from this website:

Go check out the LAST 2nd and LAST 3rd photo(s).. Did you see it?

Yes, I saw the Mandarin Gardens blocks.
I am not sure what are the negative
implications, but just do not feel good
about it.So none of the stacks at Mi
Casa is ok to live in?

Even beside this sloping building, the Furama Hotel and Shopping Complex; see attachment has sloping roofs; here the roofs are made to symbolise the fingers of the hand....

Unfortunately this cocoon like fencing can be an eye-sore especially if it is poorly maintained - if at all.

Looks so yucky...close-up.. don’t you think so? Aliens?

The planners or architects or designers of this fencing should be lined-up along this fence and executed...

Case Study: Every site even this development has it's the Good, the Bad and the Ugly Units

1. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development:

image.png.6a1342ebc3532d44bbe3fafe3ab28a79.png

2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly?

image.png.6d4a74917ab7d962389d96ae7985fcd5.pngimage.png.bd794d1b7f491c9b83446ea6decded1c.png

3. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple.

3.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit!

By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11.

4. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc...
