Which Finger represent which Element ?

These are some considerations:
1. Chinese has it's own palmistry. And often we look at the whole picture and try to figure out an entire hand and categorise it to one of the five elements.
2. Thus a hand with pointed fingers and pointy hands is considered as a fire element.
2.1. While a squarish /rectangularish hand is considered as an earth element etc...
3. My website: http://palmistry.net has some interesting information on the hand.
3.1. In the past, the most respected doctors examined hands and colours etc ... thus this resulted in several well known doctors who were well versed in hand reading. As one of the key elements is that it can tell the health of a person. By looking at the colour (blood flow) and even the growth of finger nails.
4. In Chinese acupuncture, different fingers are associated with different body organs. If you are deeply or seriously into it than you may have to look at sites that specialise in acupuncture.
5. Otherwise, what you mentioned is related more to the India concept of each finger belonging to one of (YOUR) elements.
5.1. For example: in your Indian system: the thumb is suppose to represent the fire element. While the Index finger belongs to the "AIR" element. In Chinese five elements concept there is no element as in "AIR". While the third finger in your system is considered as the Earth element.
5.2. And your little pinkie or little finger is the water element. Although I am well versed in many areas, I choose not to comment on areas not within my specialty. I know it is there, but perhaps, not enough to discuss further on them.
6. Thus frankly, if you need more answers to your Indian system, then you may have to search elsewhere. As the key ingredient of the Chinese system is based on the Five Elements concept. While your system has some elements similar, but some are not directly in our vocab. Thus difficult to link the two.
6.1. For example,I cannot simply link two different systems one from the "West" (India) and one from the "East" (China). Maybe, Buddhism is different as it was brought from the West (India) to the East (China). But along some line, we (India and China) had evolved somewhat differently. Even though there is the Vastu principles.
