Again, this has very much to do with common sense than actually Feng Shui. Or rather, some attribute it to "in the name of poor Feng Shui".3. Why common sense?3.1. Although many living in a condo, don't often leave their main entrance door ajar or opened (fully). If so, many don't feel nice eating and a neighbour pass-by. If so, some may "politely" say hi to their neighbour(s) or cordially "invite" them for dinner.3.2. Often, we get to see a dining table piled up with "tons" of items : more like a rubbish heap in a visitor's eyes. Thus, when someone walks in the first impression of the house will be the dining table. And if it is an eye-sore... then considered "inauspicious".
