Clue: TWO WORDS : Common sense!
Only Looney Tunes place a FOUNTAIN in the kitchen...
Might as well, turn the kitchen into the LIVING ROOM?
The concept of YOU STAY THERE WE DON"T. Even if we don't stay there, no person with the right mind would recommend such a (no offense) STU-pig thing.

In Feng Shui you are right to use that term or one can equally say "it is a pity the wealth location is wasted at the kitchen."
Whatever description, am I correct to say, it ain't good to hear about it = inauspicious.
Don't expect a miracle cure ON THIS subject matter. Please re-read my previous postings on this thread.

In this extract of just one of the past cases; go to "LOOK HERE".
[8] & [8] - Prosperity good wealth wasted at the back of the flat.
This is fact of life for this apartment based on Flying Star Feng Shui.
Unfortunately, such Feng Shui is not about either make believe, or pretend that sleeping over night and the "problem" disappears.
Thus, banging one's head against the kitchen wall ain't going to help. Have to find other areas to improve or reduce "leaks".

In my opinion; the best situation is if there are EXTERNAL openings. Thus, if the study room has "external" openings; can try to activate it.
For example, of course, when out of home; close the windows; but if at home especially after a heavy rainfall; or if you know that there is a constant "hi" and "low" pressure zone occurring; can open the window to allow good qi to flow in: even in the kitchen if there are windows.. not necessarily just the windows at the stud area.
