Feng Shui of Watertown at Punggol: Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 7

1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui the stacks are either:

1.1. NW1 facing or

1.2. SE1 facing directions

2. Both NW1 & SE1 facing unit can benefit from water behind the stack/block to tap the Pearl String effect. Many stacks for both enjoy this Pearl string effect.

For NW1 facing stacks are #33 and #34

3. SE1 facing unit:

If the water position is at the rear of the unit; this is advantages as can tap the auspicious Pearl String effect for good networking and relationship luck.

For example : Stacks??#70, #71, #72 are beneficial

Feng Shui of Watertown @ Punggol: Summary of Flying Stars

1. In summary, the Flying Stars for this development consists of:-

A. Suites Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 7 = NW1 or SE1

B. Sky Patios Tower 4 = N3 or S3
While Towers 8, 10 & 11 = NE2 or SW2

C. Soho Tower 6 = NE1 or SW1

2. There are more choices for a West Group breadwinner as the stacks range from NE1, NE2, SW1, SW2 & NW1.

3. While there are fewer choices for an East Group person: that of stacks N3, S3 or SE1.

4. Main characteristics:-

4.1. NW1. To activate the auspicious Pearl String effect; best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. Examples are stacks #17 or #18. Where these two stacks face stacks #13 and #16 respectively. In addition, the water position is at the rear of the block.

4.2 SW1. For SW1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. For example: stacks #22 & #23. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui.

4.3 N3. Stacks #15 & #16 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

4.4 S3. Stacks #13 $ #24 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

4.5 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

4.6 SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. Fortunately, all stacks in Tower 6 Soho for SW1 are facing a pool of water. As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

4.7 NE2. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.

4.8 SW2. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

Hi

When you said there's a need to disarm bad stars that affects health for units in tower 6 (soho), does this apply to all soho units?

It has more to do with Flying Star Feng Shui. For example, stacks/units with SW1 facing - best to disarm bad stars.

Thus, more to do with any home TOP in Period 8 that has say a SW1 direction. As an example. It can be a soho or just any other developments with such facing directions.

Some boutique condos comes with aluminium privacy Louvres. Which can either be opened or folded.

Here at Watertown, majority of the balconies have this added touch.

As there is sufficient ventilation + lighting and the option to open the panels; pretty good overall.

Thus it has an effect or more to do with human Luck; first;

Of course, some can install their own external blinds ... but these blinds allow especially less air-flow than these wider spaced aluminium louvres..

One of the first.. that has stacks facing the LRT tracks...

My first encounter of a condo that has a spring loaded refuse bin door.

In addition, the door has fine mesh on it.

A good idea. But apparently this specific door takes much effort to “prise open”. Thus can be a hassle for an elderly or a young teenager...

Hopefully the tension can be adjusted or fine tuned.
