Part 1: Feng Shui of Vue 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris & Flying Star Feng Shui

1. Vue 8 Residences is aligned in a slightly 5 degrees tilt from the cardinal points of the compass.

2. Thus, all blocks / stacks /units either face:

N2 (355 degrees)

E2 (85 degrees)

S2 (175 degrees)

and W2 (265 degrees).

Part 2: Feng Shui of Vue 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris & Sha Qi or Poison Arrows

1. As each block in Vue 8 Residences consists of undulating facade of stacks; such a block design can be prone to potential poison arrows from sharp corners of neighbouring stacks.

2. When one gets hold of the keys to the unit; best to stand outside the balcony looking outwards + in each opening such as a bedroom window looking outwards to look for any potential threats such as poison arrows.

3. For example the attached illustration shows the POTENTIAL poison arrow(s) if any that may be aimed towards a specific unit.

1. Part 3: Feng Shui of Vue 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris & N2 facing stacks/units.

2. Enclosed is a sample illustration of a worked Flying Star chart N2 0/360 degrees.

3. In the attached illustration:

3.1. One can see that the double auspicious #8's current prosperity wealth is WASTED at the rear of the home.

3.2. East sector has bad Flying Star numbers of #5 misfortune/sickness #2 sickness stars. Which is a health concern.

3.3. Equally bad in the North West sector. Which also have nasty flying stars of #2 sickness and #5 misfortune/sickness stars

4. Another sector which can be wasted is at SW which has good Flying Stars.

5. Please note that the above illustration came from a worked case for Waterwoods EC.

6. One may need to mirror the layout to the above illustration.

Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is favourable to have ancillary structures that have rounded edges.

Shown are examples of these at Vue 8. Such as one of the dining pavilions and function room buildings:683E96A5-FEE5-416F-A239-6954EBDE5F89.thumb.jpeg.79d6653b5a980c340729a42ab0b5026c.jpegD29F8031-35D1-42BC-9E84-89A5B4A1CF24.thumb.jpeg.aff4298d585f7c0a0014bfeacdffbf5a.jpeg

Another notable consideration is the arrival of the original external ziptrack blinds that had just arrived on our shores from Australia.

Prior to this, all other development which had T.O.P. such as The Vales etc... have only one choice, the loosely rolled down blinds with gaps at their joints.

Here, I was standing inside my long  time client’s home. Low and behold, his neighbour’s balcony was in the process of installing the ziptrack version.

My client called out to his neighbour! And the neighbour replied $10K!

The reason was that the neighbour’s balcony was quite large!

Anyway, today, there are many competitors selling often 30% to 40% cheaper than this Australian brand.

But do a search in the internet for : “toxic vinyl”. And do check with your potential supplier on this!

Below: Location The Trilinq.

Somehow, such similar ziptrack may not be suitable for high ceilings... as shown in this noticeable sagging material:

The sagging is highly noticeable towards the left side of this photo:-
