Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted April 6, 2016 Kingsford Hillview Peak Condo 1. I remembered several years back when I went for a lunch break at the small market place close to the main road of this once quaint HDB estate that was torn down. 2. Today, this Kingsford Hillview Peak Condo is to be built on this plot of land that shares its border with the Hillview Camp = Mindef. 3. All three (3) blocks/stacks in Kingsford Hillview Peak Condo under Flying Star Feng Shui either faces : Blocks/stacks 103 and 105?faces either N2 or S2. While the third block 101 faces flying stars?N3 or S3. ?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted April 6, 2016 Kingsford Hillview Peak Condo and Flying Star Feng ShuiAs this development only has N2/N3 and S2/S3 facing units; N2/N3 and S2/S3 share identical Flying Star numbers and vice-versa.From now to 2023, based on Flying Star Feng Shui:-1. S2/S3 stacks/units are considered to have better Feng Shui as the double auspicious #8's are at it's frontage i.e. living room and most bedroom areas.2. When booking such a flat; try to avoid a S2/S3 facing stack/unit with the kitchen at NW. The kitchen at NE is okay.3. For N2/N3 facing, it is considered such a waste that the double auspicious #8 stars are at its rear which is usually the kitchen / yard / ulitity sectors. He is also the owner of Kingsford Huray in Singapore. Kingsford Huray obtained a No-Sale Licence at One Normation Park:-
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 10, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted June 10, 2019 The other project by the same developer was.... Most likely this was the last : "shoot oneself in the foot" type of situation for the developer.... and the intervention by "higher powers" in this tiny red dot... may spell impending doom.. a matter of time... in SGP...
