In fact, what is unique about the rubbish point is that there is a separation or gap between normal and recycling rubbish bins. Hey! nothing is 100 perfect. But Block 993B stack #303 and even #301 may be affected by re-sale value in the near future. As for Block 993A stacks #277 or even Block 994A stacks #357; we still see this design in some HDB blocks today. Thus, again not perfect but in my opinion; acceptable, here. Precinct pavilions are where on occasions solemn occasions may be held. For example a deceased coffin and maybe religious rituals are performed at these locations. It is ideally, not to have a unit that can see into the precinct pavilion. For example, such as happy occasions like on Chinese New Year.
