The Crest acquired by Wingstar Investment (Wing Tai Holdings LTD), Metro Australia Holdings and Maxdin: the site at Prince Charles Crescent.

A "copy-cat" of the Taipei 101. Taipei 101 is tall. And this development has many "Stunted" Bamboo plants.. by nature. That is the only difference.

One cannot go wrong with "point-block" or 8 main blocks where qi  or wind can freely circulate between each block = Good Shapes and Forms.

This means that many units will be shaded from rain, thanks to the upper floors that jut-out to shield them. This is what I like most about it...

The Crest Just T.O.P.
