My husband needs to do some work under the side of the house which faces north. He wants to fill in the underneath side to make a garage and workshop. Part of it is northeast and he needs to put materials up under the decking to create a sealed roof. Being aware of the dangers associated with loud noises, Disturbing the dirt etc, can you please advise if there are any days that work can be done? He can't wait for 12 months unfortunately.
