They moved in to this place for at least 8 years already. Like The Waterline, Lim Bok Terrace would you say is closest to The Japanese Cemetry Park? Just last year I visited another client who stays at Jewel@ Chuan Hoe. He moved into this development immediately after it’s TOP. As he wanted to discuss renovations to his kitchen. I also paid an annual visit last month to another client at The Terrasse. I also have several Heads of business, staying at Parry.... Thus not an issue. The issue I was shocked, hahahaha no Feng Shui was the shoebox sized showroom unit. At The Waterline, that’s all! The living room of the show flat was like......
