Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, a single tower block is a traditional safe design. As it allows uniform air-flow around the tower block. There is also sufficient clearance all round the development with a positive “bright hall” effect. Here bright hall refers simply to clear space at the windows / balcony side.
