Part 2 - Case Study & the Key Considerations of P9 NW1 facing home

145077578_NW1P9.png.a207dc05a90a8cc7982dc6418d8309d9.png

1. NW (Frontage)

1.1. NW has the #2 = Sickness with #7 = "Theft of wealth" or rather loss of wealth.

1.2. Usually if one frontage is NW1, most likely the block also has units facing SE1 also. If so, do take a look at an SE1 chart. And with the layout plan(s); do compare which is more advantages to you.

1.3 Of course, many experienced buyers don't like units with afternoon sun. And often if a NW1 stack is unblocked, may get the afternoon sun at it's frontage, all year round!

2. SE

2.1. Often, for an apartment with frontage facing NW, the "rear" of the unit is SE. And usually, either a kitchen, service yard, air-con ledge or missing corner is located, here.

2.2. Thus since the double auspicious #9's are current auspicious wealth luck is at SE. Feng Shui refers to this as "Wealth luck is wasted, here".

3. CENTRE

3.1. Centrepoint has the auspicious Water star #1 = coming prosperity.

3.2. Thus it would be good if the centre-point of has clear-space.

4. EAST

4.1. Mountain Star #1 = coming prosperity is at this sector.

4.2. Good if a bedroom or study or open space is located, here.

5. SOUTH

5.1. Water Star #5 = Misfortune/sickness is located at this sector.

5.2. Best that this is not a bedroom.

6. NORTH, WEST & SW

6.1. Need to balance these sectors.

Hello Master my door is angled Northwest 1 and my lot facing the road is sitting on Northwest 2...

is my house considered Nw 1 or Nw 2 ?

Thank you for your reply!

These are some considerations:

1. There are always differences in opinions. It depends on whom you ask this question.

1.1 Some Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) would say NW1. While others would still say that NW2.

1.2 Some FSMs would say NW1. But temporary. As ultimately, the actual facing of the house is still NW2.

1.3 Those who say that it will become NW1 based their belief of symbolism. This group simply "eats and sleep" on the "Main Entrance Door". And their Feng Shui revolves around this Main Entrance Door.  If one encounters this group of FSMs. Their answer is always NW1.

1.4. I am more inclined towards Para 1.1. and 1.2. Thus, NW2.

2. Frankly, as mentioned above, the reply depends on WHOM one seeks advice from.

3. The above falls under the Compass School of Feng Shui = Flying Star Feng Shui.

4. The other application of tilting of the main door is to steer away from poison arrow such as a lamp post aimed towards a main door etc...

5. Search for Hyatt Hotel and one can find photos in this forum of such a tilt at the frontage of Hyatt Hotel. It is based on Castle Gate Theory. (This is an advanced theory and many FSMs today don't really know what it is or how to apply this. LOL!)

5.1. And the benefit here is both the "flow of qi" as well as avoid poison arrows (if any) where tilting a door symbolise that the main door may no longer face directly e.g. a lamp post.

Hi Master Lee

I just generate a free report on house numbers

What does it mean in Interpretation; when star 5 meets, death will occur?

Thanks

Means that under Flying Star Feng Shui, when more #5’s come together at the frontage means danger.

For example, if the annual star, the monthly, hourly stars of #5 congregate together...

Another pretty recent incident of tilting of door at a sharp angle can be found.. under this link:-

Castle Gate tilting of main door... similar to that of Hyatt Hotel, Orchard/Scotts

Frankly, few Feng Shui Masters have the expertise to determine and advise on this.
My former Master (deceased) had passed this down to me.
