Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, even if the NE MRT track is many metres below ground, it is not adviseable to purchase (any) unit that is directly above the MRT track.

Although the site plan for Parkwood Collection has yet to be published. Generally prior to the HDB Hougang New Town, the area remains much the same.

With an addition of Lor 1, Realty Park service road. This road was created more as a service road for the stretch of landed homes to the NW of Parkwood Collection. Thus the estate within Parkwood Collection is predominantly a private housing estate.

To South-East of Parkwook is the ground zero of HDB Hougang Town. Where Blocks 1, 2 etc. are located. Blocks 1, 2... are one of the oldest HDB blocks or pioneering blocks in HDB Hougang Town. 

Location: W is where Aljunied Hougang Town Council has a water feature:-

Today, directly opposite this development, to it's SW is the Workers Party Aljunied Hougang Town Council  (Hougang Office). Outside this office is a "Feng Shui Water feature" thing... Go take a look if you have the time... (Somewhere in this forum I have posted some photos of this water feature thing)...

Hi Master/Shi Fu, 

Does this parkwood collection cluster house have a good fengshui from the shape and location point of view? We are looking at one unit facing Lorong 1 Realty Park.

Yes, looks more like the shaver’s pen knife. Good for the development as whole. But not so great for its neighbours.

1. Majority of the cluster house closest to 1 Realty Park have Flying Stars of NE1 - SW1 Feng Shui directions (depends on how one determines the facing direction).

2. Since this development's expected date of T.O.P. is November 2021 (even say if T.O.P. is delayed till or before end of 2023) this development falls under Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui.

3. Sorry this is technical:

SW1 facing home:-

3.1. Assuming if the frontage is SW1 or facing inwards into the development, the frontage or facing palace has Mountain Star (MS) #5 with Water Star (WS) #8. Suppose to have fantastic wealth luck under Period 8.

3.2. However the catch is that by today or Year 2021, the #8 has already become FADED or close to exhausted or GONE Prosperity luck.

3.3. Here the jeopardy is that during Period 8, because this WS #8  was dominant, the #5 = represents Misfortune/sickness has been supressed.

3.4. But during the transition to Period 9 especially the years 2021, 2022, 2023 and even 2024 and 2025, this #5 spikes and can be quite nasty. Thus touchwood, one has to ride this storm. If still can pass this ... then still bad but not as "bad as this period".

4. Determine where is the current wealth luck: WS #9 = North and MS #9 = West. What sectors are these in this new home?

NE1 facing home:-

4. If the unit faces NE1, then frontage is not so bad i.e. MS #1 with WS#4.

5. Related: 

5.1. Another consideration is the Three Major considerations to determine how suitable the house is to the main breadwinner.

5.2. Under this example, Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom accounts for 30 marks to the total score....

5.3. Imagine if the house is a total fit to the main breadwinner. Thus the middle box score could have been 30 out of 30 marks. This even during the years of the most major flux, the score here could have been 56% instad of 36%. And especially the years 2024 onwards.. it could have been 73% instead of 53%.

6. This accounts for why some are better to "weather" the storm better than others.
