High floors preferred due to it's proximity to the East Coast Parkway. But then, units facing East Coast Park has a birds eye view of the sea. As this development is between the ECP/East Coast Park and the sea! Northerly or land facing side also is acceptable.. quite and facing landed properties a plenty. If not for it's proximity to the ECP, would have gotten Five stars. A Tower block has generally good Shapes and Forms as qi (wind) can flow all round the block. Under Flying Star Feng Shui NW3 stacks under Period 9 has the double auspicious #9's = very lucky frontage.
