The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, launched the land parcel at Canberra Link for tender on 16 May 2019. 2 The details of the land parcel are as follows: Site Details Location Canberra Link Proposed Development Executive Condominium Housing Site Area 16,690 sq m Maximum GFA 38,387 sq m Maximum Building Height 45m to 55m AMSL Estimated No. of Dwelling Units 385* Lease Term 99 years Project Completion Period 60 months from date of acceptance of tender *Actual number of dwelling units provided by the developer may vary. 3 The site has been awarded to MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd, at the tender price of $233,890,000 on 11 October 2019.
