Try to take a photo of this either found above the lift or either at the VOID deck stairs

Case Study 1: I am interested in a unit in this block. Can you do a review for me?
 

STEP 1: [Client] Recognize an image of the Block. For example Block 118B Jalan Membina.  Go to http://onemap.sg and type in this address.

1. As this block layout is quite complex; firstly make a mental note of the block and it's surroundings.

2. If not sure, go downstairs and get your orientation. 

2.1. For example, the living room of this unit faces block 118C. 

2.2. This is a good way to make sure that you appreciate the layout with the surroundings and the block.

STEP 2:  [Client - After the viewing of the house] Mark the location of the unit in relation to the Block plan:-

 

STEP 3: [Client] Let me have this:
a. A copy of the layout plan + find out the Lease Commencement (Start) Date of the unit.
b. All family members: Name / Gender / Date & Time of Birth + confirm who is the breadwinner.

 

STEP 4: [Geomancy.net] Often, I will try to match the above layout to the site plan and forwards this for you to check if it makes sense (correct or not).

 

STEP 5: I can then determine the compass direction

With the above information, I can begin working on the review.
