House Hunting dilemma for Strong Water

Dear Cecil:

I'm a Strong Water (70% water, 18% metal, 8% wood, 4% earth, 0% fire).  Here's my dilemma with house hunting:

1) House 1 faces West, my Excellent direction.  But West is Metal which is my Worst element.

2) House 2 faces East, my Death direction.  But East is Wood, which is my Best element.

Both houses were built in period 7.  Both are beautiful and in nice locations.  Which house should I choose?

Many Thanks and wishing you a HAPPY, HEALTHY, PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.

Firstly, Wishing one and all Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Although the above are considerations on House Hunting, the latest thread under this link shows that there are more to it then just the above:-

Maysprings condo @ 2, 4 & 6 Petir Road - Singapore Property Review - FengShui.Geomancy.Net

Extracted from the above thread....

1. The best way is to give an illustration. However, please note that this is a sample of a past review or analysis. And not of May Springs condo.

2. One must at least have an appreciation of Flying Star Feng Shui or better still know what the numbers signify or try to follow me here.

3. The chart below belongs to Flying Star Period 8 (2004 to 2043) = NE3 (North-East 3) Feng Shui.

4.  Where is the current prosperity wealth luck for this period? Locate the Mountain Star (MS) and Water Stars (WS) = #8?

5. Under this period, the MS is located at NE (see chart below). While the WS is at SW.

6. Although technically or on paper these two #8's are suppose to last on or between 2004 to 2023; however in reality by NOW 2021 it has faded and weak.

7. Thus in reality from 2021 onwards, one should be locating where are the MS = #9 and SW= #9. These two stars and their location determine where the "new" current prosperity wealth luck is = 2023 to 2043. But as mentioned, by 2021 onwards... it has already occurred.

8. Under this example, this unit's chart remains as belonging or born under Period 8 NE3. But the only difference is that the CURRENT prosperity wealth luck LOCATION has changed from NE/SW to South and East.

9. In addition, from this Period onwards #1's becomes the Future or Coming Prosperity wealth luck = North and SE sectors.

10. Thus for May Springs Condo; this development's homes belong to Period 7 (1984 to 2003). Of which it obtained T.O.P. in 1998.

10.1. For May Springs Condo from the first occupants collecting keys till max 2003, the current prosperity wealth luck was #7. By 2001 (2004 to 2023) the wealth luck became #8. By 2024 to 2043, one has to locate where are the MS and WS #9?

10.2. From 2044 to 2063, by then the wealth luck becomes #1. By 2064 to 2083, the wealth luck becomes #2 etc...

11. Below the the sample chart used in the above illustration:-

In addition to the important considerations of the wealth sectors e.g. where are the current prosperity #9's in the home; there is also "Yangzhai san yao" or the three major considerations of Frontage (as mentioned by you) as well as location of Main bedroom and also Kitchen.image.png.c890dcb85a2559c7d41870e52691f8c8.png

The above then is a 360 degree or Holistic Approach to House Hunting. Instead of simply focusing on one's Ba Zi elements alone.
