Stacks such as #02-164 and even #02-162 may possible to also affect by head-lights (or high-beams) especially when vehicles turn into the estate. 2. The only thing that one cannot visibly see are the two chutes (recycle and common) frontage. Otherwise can see the common bin lobbies from these front doors.
