Case Study 1: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: Sshhh! Keep this a secret! Best stacks/units are Stacks 52 and 53 respectively:-

image.png.2355e804267f0baa6e6de474be80a71d.png

(No, no, no.. who says I look like the youthful Bill Gates!)

1. Most likely the two best prominent stacks in this development:-

image.png.b679791863a4451a6251f4dedbff6404.png

2. Stacks 36 and 39 actually has better Flying Star Feng Shui than the above. Would have been an overall winner if not for either #34 or #41. This is because of the slight glare from the sidewalls of these neighouring walls that reflect sunlight or glare.

2.1. For Stack #35 is that of #34
2.2. For Stack #39 is that of #41

image.thumb.png.996b7b4e35e274db86dd399be846bc44.png

3. A consolation for both Stacks #36 and #39 is that luckily the external facade = side-walls of the development will be painted a darker less reflective light chocolate tone. And the good news here is that such walls often don't reflect much light as compared to external white-wash or light beige colours. Thus this is indeed good news for those considering these two stacks/units:-

Case Study 2: Should I be concerned with front door open towards a partial wall?

1006947682_1The_Watergardens_at_Canberra_Eng_eBrochure_51.thumb.png.b92ec2bd126e082eca6efcbaed31baa2.png

1. A Conservative Feng Shui Master (FSM) will often cry fowl when they discover such a unit.

2. Who are the Conservatives?

3. In general, a Conservative FSM often only Eats, Sleep, Wake-up. Eats, Sleep only on the Front Door. And nothing but the Front Door.

3.1. Thus things like a Front Door open towards a wall is a No-No for them. Or rather, to some of them is like the "End-of-the-world."

4. Thus if one looks outwards and confronted with views as shown below is also a No-No where the front door opens towards a half-wall:-

Note these photos were from the Queens Condo:-

5. Generally, (Good News is that) these two situations also not perfect but is not a Fatal Error.

Case Study 3: Concrete RC-Roof line above highest floor balcony and windows = Indirectly benefit Feng Shui Qi-Flow

1. These RC-Roof Line fine touches are great!

2. This is because occupiers of units that has a extended roof-line will not be too scared to leave open especially their balcony doors or ever so slightly to allow wind/ventilation of their unit(s).

3. Contrast this to always afraid of rain + wind spilling over into the interior of the home.

4. Such fine touches are always welcomed.

5. Contrast this to the "stupidity" of Silversea condo at Amber Road where each balcony is never shaded by an upper floor balcony: Boutique condo design but no valuable function other than to look ATAS! (High class). What's the use of looking classy but not functional?

Is Stack 38 and 37 good also? Not sure if the roof of the landed houses are pointing to these units.

There is a certain risk involved, here.

Got to do due diligence and try to check out the site = the actual location of the build.

Usually older generation landed may have a roof-line around 3rd storey’s high. While newer may have 3 + 1 attic with a trellis at roof-top. While a private condo or apartments is 5 storey’s + attic + equal to this development’s highest floors.

If in doubt, common sense says avoid. It is not like someone holds a gun to the head and ask to buy such a unit. Caveat Emptor. Was written specifically for the law. LOL

By the way, the “top four” Recommened earlier does not have such a concern.

Thanks Master! Does this also apply to all those along the landed area facing southwest?

Each case has to be looked at on it's own merits.

It is similar to the Principles of Management Concept of "Situational Approach". Where it is said that no two situations are identical or the same.

Case Study 4: Flying Star Feng Shui

1808071222_1PERIOD9TEMPLATEX.png.7f1e30e953c6abbf87305fef87ef0b10.png

Expected T.O.P. is on 30 June 2026

1. This development's Flying Stars:

1.1. Majority of the stacks/units in this development are either that of N2, S2, NE1,  SW1

1.2. Less of NE2, SW2, NW3 & SE3.

2.  N2, NE2, NW3 have the very auspicious Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Front.  Double Star in Front Formation - This formation should have near water and distant mountain to enhance this structure to activate wealth.

3. In addition, N2 & NE2 facing stacks have an added bonus of having the auspicious Sum of Ten Mountain Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Moutain Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector.

image.thumb.png.dc3fcdeb57c37ff9bb9f2a7cd945d842.png

4. Okay what about S2 facing stacks?

4.1. S2 facing stacks unfortunately have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] at the "Rear" of the unit. Where usually this is often the kitchen / yard / utility area depending on the layout plan.

4.2. Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth.

4.3. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit.

4.4. Fortunately, S2 facing stacks have a saving grace. That of it having an auspicious Sum of Ten Water Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector.

5. SE3 & SW2 unfortunately have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] at the Rear.  Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth.

5.1. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit. Here, often the  kitchen / yard / utility area depending on the layout plan.
