Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 29, 2022 Author Staff Share Posted May 29, 2022 Case Study 1: Should I be concerned with living next to a hospital? More of a stigma. Where sometimes if we ourselves are not too concern about it; others especially after the minimum occupation period M.O.P. has been reached, there will always be future potential buyers may be put-off with buying such a unit. Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 2, 2022 Author Staff Share Posted June 2, 2022 Case Study 4A: Sha Qi or Poison Arrow(s) from neighbouring Block/Stack Sharp corner of Stack #162 aimed towards Stack #144 Case Study 4B: How about the Number 144? Or #04-144 or #14-144? 1. Especially to some Cantonese Dialect Group or Chinese in general, there are some who really dislike a number like 1 4 4. Especially with a unit number like #04-144 or #14-144. 2. This is because sometimes if we ourselves have no issue with this, but in the near future when unit has obtained the Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) some potential buyer(s) may not feel the same way. And either avoid the unit or try to do a "Low Ball" deal.
