RE: Conditional Interactions

Recommended Posts

My husband and I are both S.W. people. He is weak wood and I am weak water.
We have a south (not so good) main entrance.
The flying stars for our south main entrance on a 6 cycle house is, base one, mountain six, and water star six (maybe O.K. for us).
Recently, I was reading about "Conditional Interactions", which is only applied to the facing palace (main entry)of the house.
The combination of an earthbase number and water star of either 1-6 or 6-1 at chen and sun is waxing or increasing in strength.
The same numbers at K'an is at its best position and strength for a main entrance.
When 1-6 or 6-1 is at li (south) it is considered malevolent (back to really crummy front door again).
Am I understanding this conditional interaction correctly? Would it make any difference to paint the front door navy blue, (its presently a red door)?
Is there any remedy for this south main door until we build a door on the S.W. part of the house. We won't be able to install a new S.W. door and wall over where the south door is until September.
Your comments please.
Thank you,
Vivian Espinosa

Actually, in the traditional feng shui, it is not really called what
"Conditional interactions". It is simply the the combinations between the
two stars and the directions of the Kua number which the direction faces. In
fact all the Flying Star is based on the Five Element interactions. The
traditional chinese is much more simple to understand and yet each different
interactions can tell a whole bunch of story.

Yes, because Chen (which is Qian proper han yu pin yin) is also numbering 6
thus, helps to strengthen the influence of the that flying star numbering 6
or 3 or 8. Based on the element influences.

Water is represented by Blue or grey or black, so should be good.

Dear Robert Lee,
Probably, you'll disagree with me. But I think with man WOOD and wife WATER
combined is a good flow. The main entrance faces SOUTH,stands for FIRE which
doesn't apply here, so you're very ok. Don't go into too details then you
wouldn't find a soluble answer. People wrote books to sell and impress others,
but most of the time they're meaningless and impracticle.Ancient times, houses
facing South are preferable, because Pheonix(Mythical Bird) is locating there,
brings good CHI to your house. If you want to having more luck and successful
things happended, then make a nice beautiful front yard to attract more good
constructive CHI into your house. For me, again, you're very ok.
Sincerely yours,
Duc Le

WATER (wife) and WOOD (husband) is a good combination because the Water
helps to strengthen Wood.
I do agree with you also. However, this may change if the strengths of the

elements are different.
But on the other hand, given Weak Water and Weak Wood, Weak Water is not
able to strengthen Wood that much, also on the opposite end, Wood also
exahust Water in order to produce Wood. So both will still remain weak. They
should still have some Metal, because Metal will help Strengthen Water,
which by then is no longer strong enough to harm Wood. In return, the
strengthened Water would then help the Wood bringing both elements into
balance.
I find that a Strong Water with a Weak Wood would be more compatible. As
Strong Water strengthens Weak Wood, so when that happens, Strong Water
becomes balanced Water, while Weak Wood becomes Balanced Wood. Thus, this is
a better combinations. The Idea about the Five Element is about Balance of
the Elements.

Yes, sometimes it is not too good to go into details, but if a suitable
solution is possible with the detailed analysis, it is more effective then
the less detailed analysis. Given two elements, it is possible to take into
account strengths which gives a better picture:)

Yes, I agree with you a beautiful front yard with improve a family
perception of the house, especially pleasing when you look out to a
beautiful yard reducing stress:) Sometimes, it is not 100% necessary to take
the Feng Shui perception of everything. Some issues just don't fit as well.
But that is why Feng Shui is very complicated.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
