Afflicted NW & S This Year

Dear Robert,
According to Lillian Too's book, the NW & S corners are afflicted areas until the end of this year. Her advise is to move out to another bedroom, or stop using the entrance all together if the main door is located in the NW or S, Or go on holidays "for a whole year ?!" I think this is very extreme. My bedroom happens to be located in the NW and my main door in the S. Its impossible for me to move to another bedroom or use another door. I would like some input from you as what possible cure I can use other than moving out !

1. Firstly, I like to establish that the NW and South you are referring to
is not on the same topic as the Grand Duke.
2. What Lillian Too is referring is based on the Flying Star Theory.
3. The period referred to is this Lunar year and it starts from 16 February
1999 to
4 February 2000 (and not at the end of 31 December 1999).
4. What she has done was to draw a Flying Star Chart for the Year 1999 (Year
of the Rabbit).
This is what the Flying Star Chart she is referring to:-
North = Star 6, Average location
North-East = Star 4, Good location for studies and romance
East = Star 8, Position of Grand Duke (do not distrub him for the
whole year)
South-East = Star 9, Good and signifies promotion
South = Star 5, Very inauspicious or bad.
Star 5 is the Earth Star and as Earth = yellow
colour, some practioners
or books like to call it Five Yellow (Five = Star 5
and yellow for Earth).
South-West = Star 7, Good and signifies wealth. Some people would enjoy
this
when they hear " wealth ". So, for those who wants
to find your
elusive wealth, using the Flying Star method is
another way of
finding your `wealth'.
Please note that this chart is a YEAR, Flying Star
Chart and overall,
just to tell you generally, for the whole year,
this may be the locations
of such stars. BUT do note that, a Flying Star
Chart can go as far
as a Monthly, Day, hour... chart.
So, for those who are wanting to chase after wealth,

Flying Star Chart i.e. by the hour and then chase

I guess, the above, went into my head and at every opportunity, I hope that

But, if you ask a Professional Feng Shui Master, the most correct way is to
do countless Flying Star chart, the more accurate being a hour to hour
chart.

Frankly, I could do it as I have a computerized system at
geomancy-online.com but think about it, it is rather crazy is'nt to do a
hour to hour chart.
I rather spent more productive time either doing my own things or helping
others with their problems in this website. Alternatively, one can do a
manual calculation.
Truly, sorry for going off-track as I want to emphasie a point to regular
users of this Forum not to go chasing after the elusive `wealth corner'. A
true `wealth corner' is not so easy for us to chase. If so, everyone would
be million or billionaires by now.
What we can do is to treat Feng Shui as a total `holistic' method. I think
this is a better option.

West = Star 3, signifies legal entanglements
North West = Star 2, Very inauspicious or bad. Some like to call this Two
Black
Centre location = Star 1, Average
As I mentioned earlier, what Lillian Too did was to draw a Flying Star Chart
for the whole Year for everybody and thus it is a general chart of the
entire situation. This is thus a general guide and does not consider
individual flying star chart of each house.
For example, each house has a specific location of the main door and
inaddition, each Cardinal or sub-cardinal point has a compass direction.
Therefore, if your main door is facing south it can be South1 = 165 degrees,
or South2 = 180 degrees or South3 = 195 degrees. After this, you should then
draw your Flying Star chart.
What I am trying to elaborate here is that her Flying Star Chart did not
take into account the location of your main door i.e. it has not been
matched to the location of your main door.
Therefore, I hope you could note the about and my advise is that until doing
so, this Yearly chart, thou has its merit is too GENERAL as it is has not
been personalised to the house or the breadwinner. Other factors include the
date of birth of the house which is required in a `true' personalised Flying
Star Chart.
I do not want to elaborate further, but this is what I feel about the chart.
