fengshui to improve finance and job prospects

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone and Dear Mr. Lee,
I am new to this forum and very new to to fengshui. And I think I am lucky that I found it. I am Kua 1 woman. I am an earth person with my lucky element metal/water and unlucky fire/earth. I am posting because I am trying to use fengshui to enhance my wealth and fame prospects. I do not know if I should use compass directions or sectors of house as well as trying to take flying stars into account.
I had taken a break from my career to pursue some courses in engineering. I will be finishing soon, but I am going through a very bad time financially as I had been totally unable to find and part-time work. I also will be looking for a job very soon, and want it very fast! I live in a one room apartment on the 5th floor. My main door faces southeast. I enter into a thin passage with the bathroom to the left. I have a full wall cupboard with a kitchenette on the (south)eastern side adjacent to the bathroom.
does the grand duke reside in the compass southwest this year, Or the southwest sector of my room which is compass north.
should I enhance the compass north with water say a small fountain, and the compass south with wood/fire?
also since southeast is kitchenette with a lot of metal, how can I counter this? I have a wooden bookshelf on the compass southwest which cannot be moved and fights the 5 star earth, is it true? i am very confused after reading some web sites.
please help. thank you very much in advance.

If you need both networking luck and wealth luck, trying to map out a Flying star chart specific to your home.

Yes, the grand duke is there for the year. No issue if you do not "touch" or disturb him at all.

The more "politically" correct way is as mentioned to draw a specific Flying star chart for your home.
Instead of enhancing north with a water feature, try your best to under Period 8 to locate the water star #8. This is suppose to be your water wealth position.
Location mountain star #8. And place a solid object with mass at this location. This is to activate your networking luck.
In addition if there are good mountain stars like #9, you can also activate it for luck / networking luck.
This sure beats just "blindly" placing the water position at north = water position. (please check on this).
also since

Under the Five elements concept, wood is a good component to exhaust earth. But for a truly ugly bad #5, moving metal is a better choice for a #5.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
