leelee
how do you cure the center of the house, when: the palace is 7, themountain staris9-, and water star is 5-, but this year the annual number is 4??any advice is appreciatedthanks fromgloria in texas
Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 4, 2005 Staff Share Posted February 4, 2005 Dear Anon,1. In a recent forum message, I have proposed that:-1.1. Understand what element each of the numbers belong to.1.2. Whether they are strong or weak.1.3. Are each of the individual elements good or bad on it's own. For example, #5 is a rotten (strong) earth element Under period 8, #7 is also a bad (weak) metal element Under period 8, #9 is the future prosperity star. But like a child, on it's own it is pretty good. But if it associates itself with #5 or #2 (both strong earth) #9 turns into a rotten kid.1.4. Understand the productive and destructive cycle of the Five elements concept thoroughly.2. If one does the above, one can have a good solid foundation in both understanding and harnessing the power of the Flying Star effectively.3. Sometimes, it is a pity some of us go to some Feng Shui forum and hear flowerly languages like 1 white, 2 purple etc.. and many of the concepts seeks so eloquent and fantastic sounding but the end result is like the Hokkien expression " Lia Bo Qui" or literally translated: " Catch-no-balls. 4. Therefore, in my opinion, learning, understanding or applying Flying Star Feng Shui is not all greek nor is it hidden in secrecy.5. THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR (L.C.M)Even Ba Zi or Pillars of Destiny uses this same common denominator or in mathematics is known as the "Lowest Common Denominator" (LCM) for short.6. FOR THE NOVICE OR NOT SO EXPERT IN FLYING STAR FENG SHUI1. For example, first try to slot each component into the productive cycle of the Five elements concept:-where we always have this productive cycle:-METAL - Quote WATER -WOOD -FIRE -EARTHthus we should find out also what element and strength each of the numbers belong to:-Palace or base #7 = weak metal elementMountain star #9 = strong fire elementWater star #5 = strong fire element. Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 4, 2005 Staff Share Posted February 4, 2005 Dear All,1. Using the productive cycle template: METAL - Quote WATER -WOOD -FIRE -EARTHwhere the star numbers are: Palace or base #7 = weak metal elementMountain star #9 = strong fire elementWater star #5 = strong fire element.2. We subsitute these elements into the productive cycle chart:-#7 (weak metal) - WATER -WOOD -#9 (strong fire) -#5 (strong earth)3. THE EXCELLENT, THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLYWe should also understand whether individually each element is GOOD or BAD or UGLY?Where:Excellent : Strong good elements like #6 strong metal Strong #8 (current prosperity) Strong #9 (future prosperity) thus we can make the above formula more meaningful by adding the words good or bad into the above equation:-EXCELLENT #9 (strong fire) - Quote UGLY #5 (strong earth) -BAD #7 (weak metal) WATER -WOOD -4. AnalysisUGLY #5 has been unfortunately being supported by a STRONG FIRE #9. What happens? #9 inadvertently fuels or inflame the Ugly #5!In the above cycle we realise thatthe Palace number with the Mountain star and Water star becomes a cycle of :strong Fire #9- strong Earth #5 -weak Metal #75. Thus we canunderstand, here thatthe above equation is an imbalance becauseof one element that is weak = metal element. To harmonize the above equation, we can add additional metal element to bring it to par with the rest of the other strong elements of #9 and #5. Beingcurrently a weak metal, it cannot really efficiently draw out or exhaust strong earth #5.In addition, two other elements are left untouched! Water and Wood.6. Water element can be introduced to this sector: fortwo reasons:-6.1USINGWATER IN THIS SECTOR(WHY IS WATER SUITABLE IN THIS SECTOR)weak metal element #7 bulgary or thefton it's own is a bad element. We can use water to draw or exhaust in the above productive cycle.6.2 being a weak metal element, the above proposal is to add additionalmetal e.g. a set of six coins (strong metal).7. Under the productive cycle, metal(strong metal) can be helped by water to create wealth under the productive cycle.8. ALTERNATIVE INTRODUCTION OF "WOOD"An alternative solution is to use Wood. Because #9 fire fuels the ugly #5.Thus if one understands the destructive cycle of the five elements concept: Wooddestroys EarthMuch like a tree with strong roots crushing into theearth.I hope that those learning Flying Star Feng Shui can print this out and go thru the step-by-step approach to figuring outthe equation - balanced or unbalanced in each of the flying star sectors and go into a systematic approach to apply an efficient cure. Please note that in the above example, I have not included the YEAR star. You can easily add or combined the YEAR star into the above and fine tune the above equation. If you are able to use this approach, I am very confident that you are on your way to have a solid grounding in Flying Star Feng Shui or the use of the Five Elements concept!Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 2/4/2005 3:02:20 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Anon,1.
