Dear Sal,

1. Size of fountains are important. Equally important is the sound of vibrant water flow.

If the fountain is just a `tiny' fountain of no less than 3 feet or 1 metre in length, it should be considered more a decorative piece where one would have to fork out money like any other decoration.

When we talk about fountains or waterfalls (real or artificial) they should equally be vibrant i.e. sound of water and not just water flowing gently.

Here, one should consider such fountains as mere decorative piece of `art'.

For dragon figurines if it is on a fountain, it is best to let if face outwards of the home. Dragons should not face into the house.

Dragon `qi' usually flows from the top of the hill downwards.

For example, some Feng Shui friendly buildings have a hole at the lower end of the developement i.e. at the middle to allow Qi to flow downwards.

In Hong Kong, several buildings have clear glass for this purpose to allow the Dragon Qi to flow unobstructed from the `hill' to the sea.

If you search for `The Sterling' condominium under the conference: Photo tours with pictures you should be able to see a scanned image of the `hole' of this development.

For the location of the `lucky bamboo', you can place this decorative piece anywhere you feel nice.

This is because, there is really nothing magical about `lucky abc' or `lucky dce' or `lucky xyz'.

The inital lucky people are the owners of the shop who sold the person this piece and one who may most probably made a tidy profit from the person who bought the `lucky object'.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
