    Hi, I am planning to get a 3 rm HDB resaleflats. I love that unit located on 2 second floor. But just infront of my block (door facing) there will be a huge project(condo)coming. They haven't start construction yet, I think almost. The distance between my block is about 5 meters away. I saw the site plan, I think there should have a water fountain just infront my door. Will that affect my house fengshui? Thanks
