Hi Master My sister bought a flat early this year and does following changes ( this flat was built 2002 - period 7) a) Changed of ownership this year b) Previous owner moved out c) Repainted whole house d) Changed toilet door, basin e) New curtains, bed and furniture Please advise whether this flat should consider period 7 or 8 Thank you Daanny
