I have had a good working relationship with my boss and his boss. Until recently, the boss's boss thinks highly of me but because of something sensitive I happened to mention to him, he has put me in the dog house. Is there something I can remedy in my office that would make the working relationship flow better?

I am looking for some simple cures (either with colors or placement of some objects) for relationship with the mgmt/bosses and smooth flow of daily work. My boss's boss is under stress and I happened to say something that touched him off. To say the least, I am in the dog house with him when it used to be a very positive relationship. What can I remedy to create a better flow and communitcation with the boss/mgmt.

Hello I am new to this site so please excuse the question if it has already been asked. There is a sharpcorner facing thestaircase. I dont notice it much going up but coming down, I face it all the time. How can I fix this problem? We cannot move anything or renovate it to make this sharp edge go away. Thx.

My kitchen stove is directly under the master bed room. I am looking for a permanent cure (without ripping out the kitchen or remodeling). For now, I have put a gourd above it to "collect the fire" but is there any other permanent fixes/cures? Please advise Thx
