  1. I have a sword as a graduation present and I am aware of the negative aspects of displaying swords. I am also planning to have a collection of swords as I practice Iaido (Japanese martial art involving swords) and like sword replicas from the Lord of the Rings movies. 1) Are there any cures for swords that are displayed? 2) is horizontal or vertical placement better? 3) My study is the NW sector and I can place the sword on the SW or East wall, which is better? (door entry SE, desk faces door with degrees behind on N wall)
