Dear Master, My element is strong metal and my bedroom is located on the east. I've looked around on the forum and found out that having a bedroom facing the top of the staircase is not favourable.From what I understand,stairs facing theentrance door is unfavourable because itmay lead to money loss, but whataffect wouldstairs facing a bedroom door have on the person? As for the cures of this feng shui problem, you suggested keeping the door closed, which I plan to do. You also mentioned placing a plant somewhere near the staircase. Where should I place the plant?There is a small landing before the staircase continues down to the main floor. I was thinking of putting it there or right next to mybedroom door. Dear Master Lee, I read under Fun with Feng Shui Tour that it is unfavourable to have a bedroom above the kitchen.It also saysthat the bedroom door should not face the door of another room. Is there anything I can do to fix or "cure" this? Thank you in advance!

Hi there, I have a question regarding the use of mirrors in feng shui. I want to place a mirror in my bedroom. I'm planning to place it in front of the entrance to my bedroom to make it seem more spacious (there's about a metres length of space in between the wall and the door). I just watched a feng shui video that briefly talked about how walls in the path of the door is not good as itis a form of blockage to your life. The thing is, my room is at the end of a hallway, while my mom's room is directly across from mine. I'm wondering if putting a mirror to create more space when I first walk into my roomwill cause any conflicts or problems of any sort, because I'm not sure whether an image ofmy mom'sbedroom door andthe hallway is good feng shui.
