What if the areas I have in mind are all pernicious areas, that function as: living, dining and work space? I thought since all fall in my disaster, death and spook area, I might need to insert some yang. Or am I going in the opposite direction?

I am strong wood. This means my colour is green. Should I employ more red and fire element, more and more metal in my home to neutralize my nature? And does this mean I should surround myself with less living plants?

I am decorating my new home as a garden and am considering using artficial grass floors for all spaces in the flat, but the bathroom and toilet. Is this considered good or bad feng shui? I am also considering having made-to-order pieces of furniture in bold warm colours for the living area.. should I have those in pairs?
