Dear Master, This may sound like a no-brainer to you. Due to seller's inability to handover the house earlier, I may have to takeover the house during the 7th Month in August. I am not extremely supertitious but most people have advised me to avoid such activities duringthe Ghost month. I like to have your advice should i have to takeover the house as the seller has indicated to move out during the 7th month. Thanks for your kind advice.
