1 - not a new house, occupants there for approx 5 years, in same room above garage, bedroom looks out over road and houses opposite, no financial problems but neighbours have noisy dogs and have recently chopped down lots of trees in their garden.

Please advise if this is bad, and what can be done, occupants not sleeping well.
