I've a fs master who did a baseline of my place. He has identify a water element location. I put a standard water feature. As you know over years, water feature come and go, and i would like to replace it with a small aquarium instead I plan to setup a small 1feet aquarium with plants and guppies only (not into arowana or difficult to maintain fanciful tanks). Does it matter if it is just a simple aquarium as long as it is quiet and clean water flow in tank? Or must i follow fengshui books like goldfish, arowanaa, etc ?

Every chinese new year (cny) starting from year 2006 to year 2009, i've been engaging lion dance for celebration. Eg for 2009, i've engaged 3 different performances for my collegues, family and relatives and it was really enjoyable. Would you recommend any lion dance performances on which day of the chinese new year in 2010 ? The 1st day of cny is 14th Feb 2010 year of tiger. I am born in 1969 as a rooster.

When my home is renovated,i've engaged a geomancer. The geomancer has my residential details eg the 1st time, a map of what to place gourd, water feature, wealth locaton, etc are identified. Similarly he has a copy of the house information + my 8 characters in his database. Subsquently (each year)i was told by my geomancer to do the following: a) do a *health check* or yearly audit of my home fengshui. All i need is to go to his business location and he will advise me of * what's next* to change in the house. He will then ask me to buy from shops eg chi lin, new gourd, etc to place at my house location. The fees is about $480 per year. The items he recomend are not expensive, but just symbolic items to remove "evils or illnesses or wealth enhancer" for each family member well-being. My questions a) he did not come to my home, all he need is look at the 1st copy of the floor plan and advise. Is this consider reliable ?

I've 2 apartments, one hdb and one condo. Both apartments are serviced by my earnings. I live with my wife in condo, while my mum stays in hdb. My condo has been analysised by fengshui geomancer Should i ask for geomancer fengshui analysis inmy hdb flat since i am not staying there ? The hdb place is for me to place my son with my mum during working hours and i pick my son after work. Also note that 1 of the hdb room is being sublet for rental.
