Thank You Master Lee. The drain pipe does not go thru the main door, it goes thru the wall of the main door, about 2 meter away from the main door. As inside the office, the drain hole is very far, the air-con company has decided like this as it is common in our block. Can you please advice us whether to remove this pipe from the wall? Thank You.

In our factory office, the air-con water pipe is taken to the common-corridor so that the water can drip outside the office. Is it considered as water leakage in FS? Thanks.
