    Hi I am looking at a property which is on land shaped as a right-angled trapeezoid. (see attached) The front of the property is the non-pointed part and the back is the point. Is this classified as a trapezoid or a triangle lot and is it too difficult to remedy? There are many such properties in my area. Thank you, Claudine
