Auspicious date to move house

Hi, Myresale flat is currently under renovation. My designer told me it will be done by this month but i'm not sure about the confirm date at the moment. I wish to move in before the Chinese (july) which is before10 Aug 2010. Could i ask you if you can advise me an auspicious date to move in? Thank you very much!
