Hmm. Correct me if I'm wrong. Can I say that even if one faces a good direction and not work hard, it might fail? And if one faces a poor direction and work hard to try to do well, it might actually be not that bad after all? Thanks

Hi, I need some advice here. My current work direction is pretty bad, when checking with the personal information. However, I am unable to change my seat, table or my PC. Would like to know if there are any workarounds for it, by putting something or such. Please help. Thanks a big lot.
